BlastTac SB Series is effective against deformable as well as non-deformable threats, which are actually more common and lethal than bullets. CB Series blankets and curtains are UL752 Certified to Level 1, 2 and Level 3 bullet resistant performance.

BlastTac SB utilizes 9853/9870 Core Matrix Technology™, this technology increases ballistic and fragmentation performance and significantly reduces back-face trauma. This unique engineering also eliminates and reduces the need for layer counting, quilting, and lamination. The unidirectional soft armor is added and engineered for a high level of flexibility and a strong performance against ballistic and fragmentation threats.

BlastTac blast blankets are portable protection systems that are more effective than steel, and are incredibly lightweight. BlasTac SB Series is encased in our 1050 deiner, U.S. Military Grade ballistic nylon. It provides extreme durability and is urethane coated to provide superior protection from the elements including waterproof protection.

Our SB Heat Series is designed to defend against fire, heat, and arc flash in a single textile. Constructed to be truly non-flammable, it will not burn, melt, or ignite and remarkably sheds molten metal, certain chemicals, flammable liquids, and other molten substances. Even after intense heat and flame exposure, it maintains its strength and integrity and continues to protect. SB Heat Series is lightweight, flexible, and odor resistant. With a patented EPIC encapsulated barrier of silicone, it is also water resistant and shields against harsh weather conditions.
